Hyundai Santro gears up for strong OOH presence
OOH campaigns and on-ground activities will be conducted in bursts, along with other media activities starting from today
Having brought back the popular hatchback Santro on the Indian streets, Hyundai Motor India has planned a major 360-degree marketing campaign to promote the tall boy-styled car. OOH campaigns and on-ground activities will be conducted in bursts, along with other media activities. Speaking exclusively to Media4Growth at the car launch in Delhi, Puneet Anand, Sr. General Manager (Marketing) & Group Head at Hyundai Motor India Ltd, said, “Along with TV, print and digital, there will be a burst of OOH advertising covering conventional formats, airport media, mall media and other such avenues”.
Hyundai Motor India has positioned Santro as an affordable car with in different variants. “To promote the car we will go pan-India with billboard advertising,” said Puneet. The hoarding creative has been designed to entice the masses with the new design and fresh look of the car; audiences will also get a look & feel of the car in malls and airports, he added.
Havas Media handles the media duties of Hyundai India while their in-house agency Innocean Worldwide deals with the outdoor buying. Airport media buying is done directly by the brand.
