Garima Dubey, Co-Founder of Ukiyo Habitat LLP, will be joining the speaker lineup at South India Talks OOH 2025, set to take place on April 30, 2025, at the Chennai Hilton Hotel. She will be speaking on the topic ‘OOH as an Integral Part of Public Space Design’, offering a fresh perspective on how outdoor advertising can harmoniously coexist with urban planning and community spaces. 

As a landscape architect and urban ecologist, Garima brings a unique lens to the conversation around OOH. Her work sits at the intersection of ecology, spatial planning, and placemaking, with a strong focus on creating climate-responsive and inclusive public environments. Through Ukiyo Habitat LLP, she designs spaces that go beyond functionality, aiming to foster community engagement and resilience. Alongside her professional practice, Garima also teaches design at BR Ambedkar University and Netaji Subhash University of Technology, New Delhi, and her research focuses on blue-green infrastructure, sustainable city planning, and the role of public spaces as democratic platforms.

She will discuss the evolving expectations from public infrastructure and the importance of designing outdoor environments that balance communication needs with community well-being. 

South India Talks OOH 2025, organised by Thoughtshows & Events Pvt Ltd, will bring together leading voices from across the OOH and urban landscape sectors to discuss emerging trends, innovations, and strategic growth opportunities in South India.
