Chandak Group Marks 40 Years with #Mission4000Trees

As Chandak Group completes 40 years of shaping Mumbai’s residential landscape; the real estate developer has chosen to commemorate the milestone with a purpose-driven initiative that looks firmly to the future. Instead of a conventional anniversary celebration, #Mission4000Trees, a large-scale tree plantation drive aimed at strengthening Mumbai’s green cover and reinforcing sustainability as a long-term promise. 

The flagship plantation drive was organized at Chandak Treesourus, Malad West, where 4,000 saplings were planted as part of a community-led effort to enhance the city’s urban canopy. The initiative reflects Chandak Group’s belief that real luxury in 2026 extends beyond design and amenities to include clean air, open spaces and a healthier environment for future generations.
