OAA Jury expands - Bajaj Auto’s Abhinav Sharma joins the lineup

Abhinav, who is the Category Head for Sport/Electric at Bajaj Auto, is responsible for proposing, creating & executing brand marketing & communication for the ‘sport’ motorcycling category - domestic market - and subsequently building a go-to-market plan to meet business and brand metrics.
As a category, automobiles has always leveraged the power of out-of-home media to make strong brand presence among its target audience, and is therefore an integral part of the Jury portfolio of the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2022. The latest to join is Abhinav Sharma, Category Head - Sport/Electric at Bajaj Auto.
An experienced marketing professional, Abhinav is responsible for proposing, creating & executing brand marketing & communication for the ‘sport’ motorcycling category - domestic market - and subsequently building a go-to-market plan to meet business and brand metrics at Bajaj Auto.
He is currently managing a portfolio of brands (and brand managers) that are among the most iconic in the Indian motorcycling space - Pulsar, Avenger & Chetak.
Prior to Bajaj Auto, Abhinav was with Pernod Ricard India, where he was handling the Chivas Scotch Portfolio. He was the P&L Lead and Proposer of the annual plan for the brand family and worked on ATL & media planning, communication strategy, execution (including mainline campaigns & tactical intervention), central BTL, social & digital channels, PR & OOH. Abhinav’s brand experience also includes top names such as adidas, Louis Vuitton and Titan.
Winners of OAA 2022 will receive the coveted Metals at the Outdoor Advertising Awards function at Westin Mumbai Powai Lake hotel on August 18, 2022 evening, just after the conclusion of Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) 2022. The Awards will be given away by highly accomplished Brand Marketers, and International OOH leaders.
