Southern Railway floats multiple tenders for non-digital media

The tender holding rights to be awarded for a period of 5 years

Southern Railway invites tenders for the bulk display of advertisements on non-digital media at Ullal, Uppala, Kalanad, Kottikulam, Bekal fort, Chandera, Elimala, Kannapuram, Pappinsserri, Valapattinam, Chirakkal, Kannur South, Etakkot, Dharamdam, Jagannath temple gate railway stations under Palakkad division for a period of 5 years. This two-packet system is a normal open tender whose advertised value is Rs.156905 and the earnest money is Rs. 19200.

Southern Railways has invited tenders for the display of advertisements at Kallayi, Tirur, Kuttipuram and Pattambi railway stations under Palakkad division for the period of 5 years. The earnest money of this tender is Rs. 214100 and the tender document costs Rs. 5950. The last date for the closing of both these tenders is on 25th February.

Southern Railways has invited tender for the display of advertisements on the exterior and interior of the coaches of train no. 56640/56641 Mangaluru Central-Madgoan passenger and similar display for coaches of train no. 66611/66612 Palakkad-Ernakulam-Palakkad MEMU (MEMU-4) respectively through vinyl wrapping for a period of 5 years. The bidding style of the Mangaluru Central-Madgoan passenger has a single rate whose advertised value is Rs.1143000 and the cost of the tender document is Rs.5900. The earnest money is Rs.121400 whereas the advertised value of the MEMU-4 train is Rs.877500 and the earnest money is Rs.93200. The cost of the tender document is Rs. 3570. Both these tenders close on 3rd March.
