Hyundai flags off a fun-filled family Sunday

The auto major organised a family driving session for Elite i20 users in Delhi


In what may be viewed as a unique outdoor customer engagement initiative, Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) organised ‘Family Fun Drive 2016’ for Elite i20 customers in New Delhi on September 25 under its ‘Experience Hyundai’ programme. The drive was flagged off from The Grand, Vasant Kunj and concluded post manoeuvring and cruising across the streets of New Delhi by 80 Hyundai family members in their Elite i20 cars.

The objective of the drive was to strengthen and engage existing Elite i20 customers and continue adding Brilliant Moment to their lives through an exciting and fun-filled interactive experience of exploring their city with the Elite i20.

Speaking on the Elite i20 Fun Car Rally, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior VP – Sales & Marketing, HMIL, said, “Being a customer centric organisation we continuously try to engage our customers through innovative marketing activities. The drive was an initiative to enhance and reinforce Hyundai brand association with our customers. Elite i20 stands for Hyundai’s Make in India-Made for World, manufacturing excellence and company’s commitment to provide world class mobility solutions to customers, becoming Lifetime Partner in Automobile and beyond.”

The drive was flagged-off with a briefing session on the rules and regulations. All Route Clues were operated through Smart Phone accessible ‘Route Assist Application’. After decoding each clue the participants clicked selfies and sent to the activity coordinator.

The participants trooped and reported back to the hotel after the joyful three-hour drive and hunt through the city roads. The fun-filled day ended with an award ceremony and various entertainment and engaging activities arranged for the customers.
