Bangalore Metro Rail calls for bidding on piers and portals

BMRCL invites auction for on piers and portals from Srirampura Station to Peenya Village Station along the Reach 3 and 3A of Namma Metro.


The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has called bids under the'three-envelope' system for awarding contracts for displaying advertisements on piers and portals from Srirampura Station to Peenya Village Station along the Reach 3 and 3A of Namma Metro for a period of four years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs 3 lakh.

Applicants should have a minimum experience of three years in the field of licensing of outdoor media signage within India. Applicants should have successfully executed or booked at least three orders, from different advertising clients, worth a minimum of Rs. 5 lakh each, every year for the last three financial years ending March 31, 2012. Applicants should have a cumulative turnover for the last four financial years of a minimum of Rs. 8 crore as on March 31, 2012. Further, applicants should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1 crore for each of the preceding three financial years. The applicants should have minimum net worth of Rs. 1.5 crore at the close of the preceding financial year. The applicants should not have been blacklisted by any government or its entity.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, drawn in favour of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, payable at Bengaluru along with the bids.
