KSRTC invites bids for advertising on different categories of buses

Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has invited sealed tender for awarding license for the display of advertisement in KRSTC fast passenger category buses, ordinary buses and KURTC Buses on the auction cum tender basis for five years separately.

KRSTC fast passenger category buses include 1,899 vehicles. The display area for fast passenger buses is 75 cms x 940cms on left and right side and 60 cms x 150cms on rear side. The display will not be allowed on window glasses, emergency glass and driver cabin. And on super-fast super deluxe/ super express & minimal buses, the display area is 75cms x 575cms on both sides and 60cmsx150 cms on rear side. The tender document can be collected until October 15, while the date of opening and scrutiny is October 17, 2018.

Ordinary buses include 3,750 vehicles. For the Venad Malabar, Thiru-Kochi, Rajadhani & Ananthapuri buses, city buses and short wheel base buses, the full outer body will be given for branding except side window glasses, shelters and front portion. And inside, the above window portion-curved area of 40 cms x 750 cms are available on both sides. The last date of occupying tender is 15th October and the date of opening and scrutiny is 16th October 2018.

As for KURTC buses, there are 190 low floor AC buses and 529 low floor non-AC buses. In all buses the exterior body will be allotted for display except window glass and front mirror. In low floor AC buses, 12 inside hat rack of 70x15cm area for display will be given and 30x90cm on left side destination board. In non-ac low floor Marcopolo buses inside, 6 top curved areas of 30×15 cm will be given along with destination board rear & left side of 100*30 cm of display area will be given. And lastly in non-ac low floor Ashok Leyland buses, the inside area of 90 cm x23 cm of side and rear destination board and curved area above side window glasses of different sizes will be given for branding. The last date of tender sale is 16th October and the date of opening and scrutiny is 17th October, 2018.
