HMRTC invites e-bids for exclusive ad, station naming, train branding rights on Gurugram’s Rapid Metro network
Bids to be submitted by October 21, 2022
Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC) has issued a notification inviting e-tenders for exclusive advertising Rights, station naming rights & co-branding, train advertising and commercial retail space (Concourse level) on Gurugram’s Rapid Metro network. The 2-stage open e-tenders are invited from “reputed advertising agencies who may be a sole proprietary firm, a partnership firm or a company incorporated under the Companies Act’ 1956/2013 & having its registered office in India”.
HMRTC will award the exclusive rights for a period of 10 years.
Tender document may be obtained from 22.09.2022 to 21.10.2022 (up to 12:00 hrs) on the e-tendering website https://etenders.hry.nic.in. Bids are to be submitted by 3PM on October 21, and they will be opened at 3:30PM the same day.
HMRTC has scheduled the pre-bid meeting at 3PM on October 3, 2022, to be conducted through video conferencing.
