L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd invites RFP for large format digital screen advertising at 20 stations

The exclusive rights will be given for 5 years, and extendable by another 5 years.

L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd (LTMRHL) has invited request for proposal (RFP) from agencies for the award of exclusive advertisement rights for large format digital screens advertising inside top 20 stations in this network. The screens will be put at the platform level.

The design, procurement, installation, operation & maintenance of the Digital Advertisement Screens shall be undertaken by the Agency, which shall become the property of LTMRHL upon termination of the contract.

The agency contracted shall at its own cost:

Install operating server at the location provided by LTMRHL
Procure network/internet connections required
The power supply to the digital screens and equipment’s installed should be taken from the nearest source provided by LTMRHL.
Install cabling work (concealed), Timers and Sub meters for power usage
Pay electricity bills.
Shall be liable for payment of taxes, levies, Cess etc

LED digital screens (Outdoor P3mm LED Display Panels) shall be installed at pre-approved locations and sizes approved by LTMRHL and use the digital space/time for branding and advertising purpose will be for a contract period of five years, extendable by another term of 5 years.

The Minimum Bid Amount (MBA) shall be Rs 5 crore.

The RFPs received will be technically scrutinized and evaluated and if the proposal meets the necessary technical parameters, it will be recommended for further processing. Commercial evaluations shall be done subsequently.
