AAI invites bids for advertising rights at Vadodara Airport
The rights shall include a gamut of media and advertising options that include static & digital media, ambient advertising and brand activation
Airport Authority of India invites bids for exclusive advertising rights concession to design, develop, operate and market advertising opportunities in the entire airport estate of Vadodara airport, officially known as Civil Aerodrome, Vadodara. The total advertising area at the airport is 3,965 sq. ft which will be contracted for 10 years.
The tender includes all types of indoor and outdoor advertising/brand promotion ranging from static to digital formats. The rights would also provide for ambient formats such as shoe shining machines, conveyor belt advertisements, special brand promotion drop downs/banners/ decorations on special events, planters and any future advertising innovations, etc.
The Authority has adopted a single stage selection process (the “Selection Process”) in evaluating the proposals, comprising technical and financial proposals, to be submitted together on the online CPP Portal. The last date to submit the proposal is July 30, 2017 wherein the bid will open the following day. The RFP document may be purchased from the Central Public Procurement(CPP) Portal and the portal website is https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app
