Lucknow media owners get temporary relief with stay on media removal

Outdoor media owners doing business in Lucknow have gained temporary relief from the civic body’s move to remove outdoor media in the city after they approached the court and obtained a stay on the matter. The media owners are still tentative about their business prospects as the matter will be evaluated by the concerned authorities and a final decision on media removal will come through in the coming days.

The local civic body had initiated the move for removal of outdoor media in the wake of revenue loss that came about following GST implementation.
