Quizmaster Kunal Savarkar to conduct ‘The Quintessential OOH Quiz’ at OAC 2025

Nationally renowned Quizmaster Kunal Savarkar, Co-founder of Xpress Minds Edutainment, will conduct ‘The Quintessential OOH Quiz’ at the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2025. Known for making learning fun and engaging, Kunal will bring his signature style to challenge and entertain the OOH industry’s brightest minds.

A trained architect, Kunal Savarkar’s journey into quizzing began impressively, working as a Content Editor for popular TV shows like ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ and BBC’s ‘Mastermind India’ from 2000 to 2022, alongside Siddhartha Basu. As the co-founder, with his partner Seema Chari, of Xpress Minds Edutainment, India’s largest integrated quizzing company, Kunal has been instrumental in offering a full range of end-to-end quizzing services, from content creation and conduction, to outreach and event management. Under their leadership, Xpress Minds has conducted over 3,500 quizzes across more than 150 Indian cities and over 1,500 school-level quizzes across all 36 states and union territories. The company alos created India’s biggest quizzing platform, Mind Wars, in association with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, involving over 40,000 schools and creating 300,000 pieces of content in 12 languages.

Kunal’s involvement with edutainment extends further as he and Seema are also founders of Indica Media International LLP, a specialized content creation company, and have co-founded the Women’s Quizzing League. They are also partners for the US-based International Academic Competitions in India and Nepal, having recently conducted the first Indian Academic Championship (INDAC) in May 2025, and Kunal himself served as a Quizmaster at the Asian Academic Championship in June 2025. A passionate advocate for quizzing, Kunal believes learning should be enjoyable and that everyone has a quizzer within them. He is also a co-author of 20 non-fiction books, a voracious reader, and a cricket statistics enthusiast. His quiz at OAC 2025 will offer meaningful engagement for all participants.

The Quintessential OOH Quiz will be open to all delegates of OAC 2024, and the participants will respond to questions put up by the Quiz Master using the OAC app. Attractive prizes will be given away to the Winner and Runner-up of the Quiz; besides there will be several other prizes to be won during the course of the contest.

OAC 2025 is set to convene on July 18-19, 2025, at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake.
