Rekha is responsible for the overall brand and marketing initiatives for Jockey and comes with expertise in business strategy, brand building, managing large product categories & businesses, strategic projects, marketing and sales management.
Rekha Nahar, General Manager – Marketing, Jockey (Page Industries), has joined the eminent Jury for Outdoor Advertising Awards 2020 contest. With over 16 years of experience, Rekha has expertise in business strategy, brand building, managing large product categories & businesses, strategic projects, marketing and sales management.
Prior to Jockey she had a successful stint with MTR Foods for over 10 years. She was the Founding Member of the marketing department at MTR and was part of Orkla’s (leading consumer goods company from Norway) vision for India. She got an opportunity to build MTR brand right from the start and was a key contributor to MTR’s growth story in India.
Prior to MTR, she was with Dabur India in the sales function. Rekha is an MBA graduate from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
The OAA 2022 contest, which has entered the first round of judging, has drawn very good response. Winners of OAA 2022 will receive their coveted Metals at the Outdoor Advertising Awards function at Westin Mumbai Powai Lake hotel on August 18, 2022 evening, just after the conclusion of Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) 2022. The Awards will be given away by highly accomplished Brand Marketers, and International OOH leaders.
