OOH Adtech
How this ad tech platform bridges the gap between campaign planning & execution
Having spent years managing OOH campaigns, Deepak Bansal built gOGig to bring real-time visibility, accountability and field intelligence to campaign execution.
For years, offline marketing execution has relied on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, phone calls and post-campaign photo reports. While campaigns are carefully planned, brands often struggle to track what is actually happening on the ground in real time.
Having experienced this challenge firsthand through his work, Deepak Bansal, Founder and CEO of gOGig.in, set out to solve what he believes is one of the industry’s biggest blind spots: the lack of visibility between campaign planning and execution.
“Everybody says the team is on the ground and the work is happening. But until the photographs come in, nobody really knows,” says Deepak.
This led to the creation of gOGig, a field intelligence platform that enables brands and agencies to monitor offline campaigns in real time. The platform tracks activities across OOH, transit media, retail branding, activations, wall paintings and other on-ground executions, while automatically flagging delays, deviations and compliance issues.
One of the key learnings during development was that technology adoption had to be simple. Instead of building a complex reporting system, gOGig integrated execution tracking into a WhatsApp-based workflow, allowing field teams to submit verified proof directly from the ground.
Today, the platform is being used by brands across categories including QSR, FMCG, quick commerce and retail, helping bring greater transparency, accountability and operational efficiency to offline marketing.
According to Deepak, the goal is straightforward: move the industry beyond spreadsheets and messaging groups towards real-time execution intelligence. “The future of offline marketing is not more reporting. It’s better visibility,” he says.
