Pioneer Publicity to put up digital screens at DMRC Line 7, 8 stations
The company sees metro stations, like airports and malls, emerging as key DOOH advertising destinations; Screens have been put up at IFFCO, Dronacharya, Sikandepur, MG Road metro stations, as well as ITO station
Leading OOH media owning firm Pioneer Publicity, having installed digital screens at the Ambience Mall in Gurugram and at 5 DMRC stations, is now planning to put up digital screens at 15 different Delhi Metro stations on Line 7 and 8. Deepak Vasudeva, Director, Pioneer Publicity, told Media4Growth, “We have always kept pace with new innovations and new concepts. Digital screens look more impressive, yet when it comes to pan-India campaigns brands tend to prefer traditional formats.” He expressed hope that advertising on DOOH will pick up in time.
He believes that after malls and airports, metro stations will become key digital OOH advertising destinations.
Pioneer Publicity has put put up 10 screens of size 12’(w) x 6’(h) at ITO metro station, 2 screens of size 5’(w) x 5’(h) each at IFFCO metro station, Dronacharya metro station, Sikandepur metro station and MG Road metro station.
