FCB Kinnect and Tata.EV break the internet with a thoughtful gesture for Ellyse Perry
The beautiful trophy is made out of the broken glass window
This WPL season has been a rollercoaster of emotions for cricket fans. From Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) struggling to qualify in the playoffs to winning their first trophy for the franchise, the RCB women team made a 16 year-long dream come true for the franchise fans. However, as a heartwarming gesture for Ellyse Perry, who broke the TATA car window accidentally during a match, TATA.EV awarded Perry with a framed trophy of the broken glass.
FCB Kinnect and TATA.EV partnered up to turn this special yet funny moment of Ellyse Perry breaking the glass window into a memorable one for the cricketer. Taking the initiative to carefully preserve every shard of glass and converting it into a beautiful trophy for the cricketer to be awarded with, both the companies left the internet in awe.
FCB Kinnect considers WPL to be more than just a cricket tournament and considers this as an epitome of how women in India are breaking the glass ceiling. TATA.EV also applauded Perry by congratulating her on the eventful incident and called her the window-breaking warrior of WPL2024.
