Eastern Rly’s Sealdah Div invites bids for DMU exterior wrap

Eastern Railway has invited bids for licensing of commercial advertisement on the exterior of one DMU rake plying in the Sealdah Division from any reputed companies or agencies or organisations of government or government undertaking or private sector. The agency or organisation should fulfil a minimum experience of two years in the field of commercial advertising, which may even be outside the Railways and the annual turnover of the tenderer shall not be less than 50% of the Assessed Earning Potential fixed for the 1st year.

The bid is offered for six general coaches with an advertising area of 340 sq.ft and two engine compartments having an area of 121.66sq.ft. The total advertisement area available for display in the rake is 212.12 sq.ft. area. The publicity can be executed by utilising vinyl stickers or painting on the outside of the coach. The tender document can be downloaded from Eastern Railway’s website www.er.indianrailways.gov.in until today — December 24. The period of contract is for three years from the date of its commencement.
