Chandigarh MC to frame policy for unipole
The draft will be presented to the general house of the Corporation this month
 After obtaining permission from the UT administration, the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has got on with a task to draft a policy for installation of unipoles at 24 locations permitted by the apex body. The policy draft will be presented to the Municipal Corporation’s general house to be held this month. afterwards, the house members will evaluate the draft and take a final decision on the same.

Till now the installation of any kind of promotional media was prohibited in this part of the country. However, due to monetarily crisis, the administration gave permission to install unipole in the Chandigarh area expect sector 1-30.
