New tender for BQS in Ludhiana to be floated soon
The bqs rights will be given to new firms after floating the tenders as per the new advertisement policy
Punjab Local Bodies Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu has reportedly directed the Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana to float a fresh tender for awarding media rights on bqs in the city. In a report published in The Tribune, the minister is quoted saying: “I have asked the officials concerned to take necessary action in case of the existing bus queue shelters. When a scam in construction of bus queue shelters had come to light, the officials should have taken action at that time.”
The minister said that the bqs rights will be given to new firms after floating the tenders as per the new advertisement policy.
