RITES calls for bids for Mumbai Area OOH ad package

RITES Limited, on behalf of Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited bids from interested parties for the award of Commercial Publicity Rights on License basis in the form of a Technical Bid and a Financial Bid to be submitted online on the electronic platform https://irar.easyauctions.in.

The bid documents have to be prepared in accordance with terms stipulated in the tender documents for the Mumbai Area Out of Home Advertising Package. Those  include various static assets in Mumbai Area under two Zonal Railways namely Western & Central. Some of those assets are circulating areas of the stations, ROBs, RUBs, Crossing Gates, Railway Colonies and other various properties under the purview of Railways in the Municipal Area.

 The Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Western Railway, HQ office, GLO Building, Churchgate, Mumbai on August 29, 2017 beginning 11AM.
