AAI invites bid for baggage trolley advertising at Trichy airport
Media rights on 400 trolleys will be awarded for a period of 3 years
Airport Authority of India (AAI) has invited e-tender for award of license for baggage trolley retrieval in lieu of advertisement rights on trolleys at the Tiruchirappalli International Airport in the state of Tamil Nadu. Under this tender, rights on 400 trolleys will be contracted to bid winner for at the minimum reserved price of license fee of Rs 413 per trolley per month plus applicable taxes and charges for the duration of 3 years. Subsequently, for any increase in the number of trolleys, there will be a pro-rata increase in license fee.
The Tiruchirappalli airport sees the second largest movement of international traffic in the state of Tamil Nadu and the third largest in terms of total passenger traffic in the state.
The tender document can be obtained and submitted until September 7, 2017 and the technical bid will open on September 8.
