Kochi Metro invites RFP to allot rights for different formats
The tender will be given for 5 years
Kochi Metro Rail Limited invites RFP to allot license for advertisement rights on for Piers, Medians & Portals from Maharaja’s College Metro Station to Petta Metro Station. This is a two packet system tender opened on 25th June wherein the contract will be awarded for 5 years. Static advertisement box shall start above the crash barrier, at least at a height of 10 feet from the top. Also display arrangements are to be made on two sides, non-parallel to the traffic flow for piers and medians. For portals, the advertising panel size can be fixed according to the size. Panel sizes can be changed by licensee after taking approval from KMRL.
As per the tender, the licensee will be responsible for procurement, fabrication, installation & erection of advertising panels/boxes.
The authority has maintained that at no point of time, the advertisement area can be kept vacant. KMRL or Government events or KMRL brand promotion need to be displayed at the vacant advertising sites whenever the KMRL instructs regarding the same. The design and printing charges for such advertisement will be borne by KMRL. Licensee should meet all other rents related to the display of such content.
The last date to submit tender is 10th July, 2019.
