Mobiyoung Group elevates Shivalika Anand to CEO, Anuj Bhandari to be Non-Executive Director
With this leadership transition, Mobiyoung aims to strengthen its next phase of growth across India and global markets while accelerating its vision of building a future-ready, technology-first media ecosystem.
In a strategic move aligned with its long-term growth vision, Mobiyoung Group has announced the elevation of Shivalika Anand as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Anuj Bhandari, who has led the company through its foundational growth journey, will transition into the role of Non-Executive Director.
The transition marks a natural evolution for the company as it strengthens its focus on scale, innovation, strategic partnerships, and expansion across the evolving digital Out-of-Home and AdTech ecosystem.
Shivalika Anand, who has been closely involved in the company’s business growth, operations, partnerships, and strategic expansion journey, will now lead Mobiyoung’s next chapter with a sharper focus on scaling capabilities, strengthening market presence, and accelerating innovation-led growth.
Speaking on the transition, Anuj Bhandari said, “Mobiyoung was built with the belief that the future of media would be measurable, intelligent, and deeply integrated with technology. As the company enters a new phase of expansion, this is the right time to bring operational leadership and long-term business scaling into sharper focus. Shivalika has been an integral part of this journey and brings the strategic clarity, energy, and execution mindset needed for what comes next.”
Commenting on her appointment, Shivalika Anand said, “Mobiyoung today stands at an exciting intersection of media, technology, and consumer attention. The opportunity ahead is significantly larger than ever before as brands increasingly look for accountability, agility, and smarter audience engagement in the OOH space. We remain committed to building solutions that combine creativity, data, and measurable impact while continuing to push the boundaries of how modern outdoor advertising is experienced.”
With this leadership transition, Mobiyoung aims to strengthen its next phase of growth across India and global markets while accelerating its vision of building a future-ready, technology-first media ecosystem.
In his expanded strategic role, Anuj Bhandari will focus on driving global expansion opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, enabling investor relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and innovation roadmap across emerging media and technology ecosystems.
