Poppi turns NYC billboard into a Peel + Win experience for Sour Apple launch
Poppi takes its limited-edition Sour Apple flavour to the streets of New York with an interactive billboard that turns product discovery into a game, giving passersby a chance to win exclusive Sour Apple mailers.
Poppi is taking its latest flavour beyond the can and onto the streets with an interactive OOH activation in New York, celebrating the launch of its limited-edition Sour Apple prebiotic soda.
Installed on Lafayette Street in NYC, the billboard invites passersby to take part in a simple Peel + Win mechanic. The installation features 500 green apple stickers, with consumers encouraged to peel one off for a chance to win a Sour Apple mailer.
The activation extends Poppi’s playful approach to the flavour through a wider collaboration with viral candy destination Lil Sweet Treat. The partnership has resulted in exclusive Poppi x Lil Sweet Apples gummies, bringing together the Sour Apple soda and candy formats.
Consumers can experience the pairing at Lil Sweet Treat locations across New York, Los Angeles and Chicago through August 17, with stores also offering co-branded Poppi x Lil Sweet Treat candy bags and complimentary stickers.
