Kalpataru Magnus Project launches OOH campaign

Platinum Outdoor, the OOH unit of Madison World, has rolled out a high-impact outdoor campaign for Kalpataru Magnus, Kalpataru’s premium luxury residential landmark located off BKC, to announce the receipt of its Occupation Certificate (OC) for Tower A &B. The campaign took over some of the city’s most prestigious and high-footfall destinations, further cementing the project’s stature in the luxury real estate space.

At the heart of the campaign was a 40×40 cluster at the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, complemented by takeovers at Jio World Drive, Jio World Plaza and Phoenix Palladium. Pushing beyond conventional formats, Platinum Outdoor also introduced an innovative installation at Kalanagar Junction, one of Mumbai’s busiest corporate crossroads. The campaign further expanded across high-profile billboards, premium clusters, digital bus shelters and mall activations during the Independence Day long weekend, significantly amplifying both reach and recall.
