Godrej Properties executes a three month long campaign to promote its ‘Easy Beginnings’ initiative across 6 cities
The highlight of Godrej Properties ‘Easy Beginnings’ initiative is the deferred investment option. To promote the same, the brand initiated a three months-long campaign across 6 cities with more than 32 projects in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune. The 360 degree campaign executed by Delhi-Based advertising firm, Creative Land Asia, has been rolled out on TVC, digital and large format outdoors like hoardings, billboards, foot over bridge, bus shelters, Volvo bus exterior wrap (plying in Bengaluru) and mall media.
The campaign is built around the idea – ‘Godrej Properties Limited is a friend, a family member who will help you get on your feet’ and is targeted at prospective home buyers in the age group of 27-55 years with a household income of at least Rs. 20 lakhs per annum.
