Sapphire Media Services take up Title Sponsorship of Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) 2022

The 16th Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) will be held on August 17-18 at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake (earlier Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre)

Delhi-headquartered Sapphire Media Services, a 360 degree advertising firm that has made strident progress on the OOH landscape by acquiring rights on major transit and mall media, and other innovative formats, has taken up the Title Sponsorship of the 16th Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) that will be held on August 17-18 at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake (what was earlier Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre).

As the principal sponsor of OAC 2022, Sapphire Media Services has upped the ante in the realm of OOH thought leadership and industry growth. Sharing his thoughts on the brand association with OAC, Sahil Mangla, Director, Sapphire Media Services told Media4Growth that the in-person Convention provides a singular opportunity for all stakeholder groups in the Indian OOH universe to engage in brainstorming sessions and business networking to forge win-win partnerships. “Today, as Indian OOH gears up for a technological transformation, an industry platform like OAC provides the impetus for forging business and technology partnerships,” he said, while adding that Sapphire Media Services would take every necessary step to augment the overall industry’s growth prospects.

Sapphire Media Services is at the forefront of the DOOH growth story. The OOH firm recently installed 310 screens at key locations inside 31 stations of Delhi Metro Pink Line -7, which in turn is connected with seven other Metro lines including the Airport Express, which makes advertising on the Pink Line highly attractive to brands. The DOOH network also renders programmatic advertising.

The OOH firm has also taken strident steps in the areas of mall media, and bqs media, and continually develop innovative formats.

OAC 2022, like all previous editions of the conference, will have the participation of global and Indian OOH CEOs, accomplished brand marketers, planners & buyers, senior government officials, technologists, and innovators, with thought leaders and pioneers from each of these constituents speaking in the knowledge sessions.

OAC 2022 will be preceded by the highly anticipated Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2022 contest. The winners of the OAA 2022 will receive their metals at the high voltage OAA 2022 Awards function that will also be held at Westin Mumbai Powai Lake on August 18, 2022.

In a significant move to shine the light on cutting-edge technology and creative solutions for OOH/DOOH, the OOH Expo 2022 will also be organised simultaneously at the Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, on August 17-18, 2022.
