Ambala Division of NR invites EOI for ad rights at stations
Interested parties should have a minimum experience of two years in the field of advertising
Ambala Division of Northern Railway has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced advertising companies for gaining ad rights on media at major and minor stations under the division. Interested parties should have a minimum experience of two years in the field of advertising. The tender includes different locations and properties, such as:
- Unipoles, glow sign boards, non-lit boards, pole kiosks, video walls, LEDs at platforms, concourse area, circulating area, foot overbridge — for commercial publicity.
- Installation of Dual Display Information System through branded LEDs screens at PRS Counter & UTS Counter (Reservation Offices and Booking Offices).
- Ghumti/Gateman hut on Railway Level Crossings over Ambala division
- Display on vinyl stickers on the interior panel of Shatabdi Express train No. 12405/12046
Bids are to be filed at the Ambala Cantt office latest by 5pm on January 15, 2015. Bids will be opened the same day.
