South Delhi Municipal Corporation invites bids for 6 unipole clusters
The contracts will be awarded for a three-year period with an extension of two years subject to satisfactory performance of the firm that holds the rights.
South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has floated a tender inviting bids for six clusters of unipole sites located in the Central and South Zones of the city as per the Outdoor Advertising Policy 2007. As per the tender document, the media owning firm winning the bid shall install, repair, maintain and operate the media at the designated locations. The unipole will be of standard size of 20 ft x 80 ft on which single and dual side displays will be permitted, depending upon each location.
The contracts will be awarded for a three-year period with an extension of two years subject to satisfactory performance of the firm that holds the rights. The tendered unipoles are located in prominent areas of the zones such as Rajghat to DND, Chattarpur to CDR Chowk to Lado Sarai, MG Road with a total value of Rs 3,24,76,437. Interested concessionaires can bid for more than one cluster.
