SDMC invites bids for repair & maintenance of unipoles
Contract will be awarded for a period of three years with 10% enhancement in MLF for each year with no further extension
South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has invited applications for the work of repair, maintenance and operation of existing unipoles against advertisement rights on the sites within the jurisdiction of the Corporation as per approved terms and conditions. Also, construction of new unipoles will be permitted under this tender. Thirty sites have been listed in the tender.
The tender will be allotted on’as is where is’ condition where the bidder will be responsible to inspect the advertisement site. The size of each site will be 20 ft x 8ft. Contract will be awarded for a period of three years with 10% enhancement in MLF for each year with no further extension.
The tender was issued on December 15, 2014 and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled on December 22, 2014, whereas the last date of tender submission is December 30, 2014. The tender will open the next day i.e. December 31, 2014.
