Ranchi municipal body invites bids to install stainless steel bqs
Rights on 238 bqs units will be allotted for 10 years on the condition that the bqs will be installed within a period of 1 year
Ranchi Municipal Corporation has invited bids for replacing the existing bus shelters with new stainless steel bus shelters in lieu of advertising rights that will be granted for a period of 10 years on those units. The contract will be awarded on the condition that the bqs will be installed within a period of 1 year. The tenure of the contracts may be extended as per performance criteria laid down. The tender rolled, out as per the two packet system, will be allotted on DBOT basis.
The tender is for 238 bus shelters that are divided into four groups of 30ft L x 9ft H x 5ft W size. The minimum license fee per annum has been set zone wise. The minimum license fee for Zone A is Rs 15,000, the minimum license fee for zone B shall be 60% of that of Zone A and the minimum license fee for Zone C shall be 30% of Zone A.
The last date to submit the bids is June 17, 2017 and the bid documents will be opened on June 19, 2017.
