Rajkot Rajpath invites e-Tenders for advertisement rights
The tenders are for the advertisement rights of hoardings and kiosks on lightning poles in the city of Rajkot.
Rajkot Rajpath Ltd., a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated by the Rajkot Municipal Corporation to run and operate BRTS buses, has opened up invitations for e-Tenders for advertising rights on 142 hoarding boards, 618 kiosks on lighting poles and other locations on 150 ft Ring Road and BRTS routes in the city.
The e-tender documents will be available for download 14th September onwards followed by a site visit on 20thSeptember and a pre-bid meeting on the 22nd with the Deputy Commissioner of the Central Zone Office.
Potential bidders must download and submit their e-tender before 6pm on 12th October, 2023. The price bidding will open for technically qualified bidders on 21st October, 11am onwards.
