WPP Media wins JLR’s global integrated media mandate in India
The mandate covers integrated media responsibilities for JLR in India, with the account estimated to be worth nearly ₹400 crore
Jaguar Land Rover India has appointed WPP as its integrated media agency partner following a nearly nine-month-long review process, marking one of the most closely watched media mandate shifts in the automotive sector.
The mandate covers integrated media responsibilities for JLR in India, with the account estimated to be worth nearly ₹400 crore. The review process reportedly focused on integrated planning capabilities, luxury positioning, audience targeting, and cross-platform media orchestration as JLR sharpens its premium and future-focused brand strategy in India.
The development further strengthens WPP’s relationship with JLR globally. Earlier, WPP had also secured the British automaker’s global creative mandate covering key brands including Defender, Discovery, Jaguar, and Range Rover.
