New DMRC Pink Line corridor expected to offer compelling advertising avenues
The new corridor has two interchanging facilities with the Yellow Line (Huda City Centre-Samaypur Badli) at INA and with Violet Line (Escorts Mujesar — Kashmere Gate) at Lajpat Nagar; this will drive huge crowd from all zones of the capital
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has inaugurated the Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus – Lajpat Nagar Metro corridor part of the Pink Line route. The 8.10-km corridor covers premium locations such as Sarojini Nagar, INA, South Extension and Lajpat Nagar. The stretch was formally flagged off for passenger operations by Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), Housing and Urban Affairs and Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister, National Capital Territory of Delhi in the presence of the Anant Kumar, Union Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers and Parliamentary Affairs.
The new corridor has two interchanging facilities with the Yellow Line (Huda City Centre-Samaypur Badli) at INA and with Violet Line (Escorts Mujesar — Kashmere Gate) at Lajpat Nagar. This will drive huge crowd from all zones of the capital. Students and fashion-lovers will emerge as a big chunk of riders as the new corridor will cover famous markets, along with families and working people on this line.
Sapphire Media Services recently bagged the media rights for this line where they are offering a bunch of media formats ranging from static to billboards, expected to be ready by 15 August 2018.
