Explomedia to build civil structures along DMRC’s Violet Line stations

Gurgaon-based Explomedia Pvt Ltd has been awarded with the tender to construct civil structures with OOH displays along Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)’s violet line. Violet line or Line 6 of DMRC covers the stretch from Badarpur to Mujesar Escort comprising of 12 stations.

Talking on the win and further plans, Sunjjoy Daadhicch, Director, Explomedia Pvt Ltd, told, “We have been awarded a total area of 7000 sq ft comprising a total of 40 sites. All these sites will be situated along the line of 12 metro stations of Violet Line operated by DMRC. We are planning to construct these civil sites in some monumental design depicting the royal characteristics of Delhi. We intend to hire an architect design-based firm for that. Larsen & Toubro is already re-constructing the same stretch as a highway, which is expected to offer a premium TG as the highway will be used as an alternative to the Yamuna Expressway. “We are off course eyeing the NCR traffic by offering Faridabad the first ever legal media with such impetus. However, the highway, when fully operational, will give us access to more premium TG as it will be used by the traffic on transit from Delhi to Agra, Daadhicch added.

Explomedia is looking to finish the construction job by June and start selling the sites soon after. The company is relying heavily on Faridabad-based real estate sector, brands with various corporate activities and Government sector too. “We will provide a legal platform to practice OOH first time in Faridabad. Apart from various brands, we are looking at selling our sites to the Government sector as they have been finding it difficult to spot legal and effective outdoor media in this part of NCR, Daadhicch concluded.
