The focus areas for deliberations are: emerging OOH opportunities in Chennai and Rest of Tamil Nadu; what will it take for media planners to plan big for the regional markets; how transit media will drive the regional markets; can public-private partnerships give OOH industry a bigger footprint across the state; are regional markets in the state primed for accelerated growth; and how the industry can attract more national and regional advertising brands.
