With nearly two decades of experience across global sports, technology and consumer industries, Alok Chitre, Chief Operating Officer of Rajasthan Royals, will bring a unique perspective on how modern sporting events and franchises are evolving into cultural and commercial powerhouses.
The 20th edition of the Out-of-Home Advertising Convention (OAC) 2026 will feature Alok Chitre, Chief Operating Officer of Rajasthan Royals, as a speaker for the session titled ‘Cricket, Culture & Commerce: Building a Brand Beyond the Boundary.’
A global sports business leader, Alok has spent close to two decades operating at the intersection of sport, technology and consumer engagement. His career spans some of the world’s most dynamic sporting ecosystems, including Formula E, MotoGP and T20 cricket, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping brands, driving strategic partnerships and creating breakthrough fan experiences.
Having held leadership roles across India and the United Kingdom, Alok has led brand strategy initiatives, high-profile technology collaborations and award-winning global marketing campaigns. His contributions in the fields of MarTech and electric vehicle research and development have also earned him recognition as a Global Talent in Digital Technology by the United Kingdom.
As COO of Rajasthan Royals, Alok is responsible for driving the franchise’s overall business strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, brand building and creating meaningful fan experiences across every touchpoint.
At OAC 2026, Alok will explore how sporting events and teams are powerful brands today that extend far beyond the field of play, becoming dominant cultural properties that influence entertainment, lifestyle and commerce. The 20th edition of OAC will be held on 24-25 July 2026 at the Grand Hyatt, Goa, bringing together leading voices from marketing, media, technology and advertising under the theme, ‘Do The X!’.
