Urvashi Arya, an accomplished Senior Brand Manager at Bausch & Lomb, has joined the esteemed jury panel for the OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2025. Holding an MBA from IIM Calcutta, Urvashi brings more than 10 years of strategic marketing and brand management experience primarily within the personal care and healthcare segments of the FMCG industry.
Currently, Urvashi spearheads marketing for Bausch & Lomb’s vision care business in India, overseeing a significant 60% of its revenue as the company is a market leader in the contact lens industry. She leads strategic power brands including BioTrue, Ultra, and SoftLens, which have recently garnered prestigious accolades such as IMA-Gold and MOMMYS-Gold awards. Most notably, Bausch & Lomb’s BioTrue achieved Gold recognition at the 15th Annual Shorty Awards in New York. Her proven track record in driving brand success and her strategic approach to marketing will be invaluable to the OAA 2025 jury as they evaluate the industry’s best campaigns.
The 19th edition of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2025 is slated for July 18-19, 2025, at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. Under the theme “Mapping a New OOH-scape,” this year’s convention will explore the future of the Out-of-Home medium, including cutting-edge technological advancements, evolving consumer behaviors, and innovative creative approaches. The convention will reach its grand finale on the evening of July 19, 2025, with the OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2025 ceremony, honoring the industry’s most outstanding achievements.
