She reflects on the early career pressures of chasing titles and recognition but highlights how her definition of success has evolved—now centered on meaningful work and personal growth.

Despite this, she has chosen to lead with authenticity, proving that empathy and expertise can coexist. She stresses the importance of becoming a subject matter expert, as true knowledge and skill are what ultimately command respect in the industry.
