Festivals in India go beyond celebrations, deeply connecting people, regions, and traditions. For Havells India, these occasions offer unique opportunities to engage with consumers across the country.

Connecting Through Festivals “Every festival is crucial,” says Siddharth Anand Jha, Senior General Manager of Marcom at Havells India. From Onam in Kerala to Ganpati in Mumbai and Durga Puja in Kolkata, festivals allow Havells to strengthen bonds with consumers. The brand uses outdoor media to make a local impact, such as taking over prime locations during Onam or Ganpati, creating memorable experiences that resonate with regional festivities.

Outdoor Media as a Key Strategy Outdoor advertising is central to Havells’ festive approach. Siddharth explains, “Outdoor media is especially effective during festivals, as consumers are out shopping or celebrating.” Standout campaigns like the Ganpati fan campaign and the wire campaign in Mumbai have garnered significant attention. Havells is also preparing for an even larger presence during Durga Puja in Kolkata.

360-Degree Campaigns Havells complements its outdoor campaigns with a 360-degree approach, integrating digital, print, TV, and radio. “We amplify outdoor campaigns online, engaging influencers to extend reach beyond traditional media,” Siddharth adds.

Innovating Outdoor Advertising Havells constantly innovates its outdoor executions, using everything from static hoardings to advanced digital technology. With key agencies like Madison and Posterscope, the brand secures prime locations for maximum impact.

As Diwali approaches, Havells plans to continue its outdoor dominance across India, using iconic installations to build long-lasting consumer connections.

Havells remains committed to integrating its brand with India’s vibrant festive culture, ensuring that its presence is felt nationwide during key celebrations.
