The Madurai city police has reportedly issued notices to ad firms that are failing to maintain traffic light poles in the city that they were permitted to be put up in lieu of ad rights. The traffic lights poles with blinkers stationed at the traffic intersections are meant to caution the commuters crossing the roads.
