SDMC floats new tenders for media allotment
A new tender floated for allotment of advertisement rights on flags, MUPIs, other advertising instruments, LED screens and through product displays in market clusters in South & Central zones
South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) had floated a new tender for allotment of advertisement rights on flags, MUPIs, other advertising instruments, LED screens and through product displays in market clusters in South & Central zones under the SDMC jurisdiction on monthly license fee basis in two bid system. The size of each instrument will be 2m x 1.5m and advertisers may be allowed to combine up to 4 advertisement instruments into a single advertisement instrument with a total display area of 12 sq.m. which can be display horizontally and vertically as per the requirement. For LED the maximum permitted size will be 6m x 3m. 4 cluster markets have been earmarked in the tender.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled on January 8, 2019 and the bids will be opened on January 22, 2019.
Another open tender has been floated for allotment of rights on unipoles cluster/ individual unipoles for 3-year duration. These clusters are spread across South/ Central/ Najafgarh/West zones.
The pre-bid meeting for this is also scheduled for January 8, whereas the bids will be opened on January 24.
