When Godrej Properties moved to establish its footprint in the Kharghar market, the objective was to move beyond traditional signage and create a city-wide cultural event. The result is an ambitious, ongoing “Sky-OOH” campaign executed by OAP Mediatech that utilizes biomimicry and advanced robotics to build a narrative of transformation. The journey began with the appearance of programmatic butterfly installations at strategic high-traffic touchpoints across Kharghar, acting as a physical “hook” to spark organic social media conversations. As the campaign progressed, the intrigue took flight with bionic butterflies soaring across the skyline, complemented by a Drone LED mesh display that serves as a dynamic aerial invitation to the local community.

The momentum centered on a grand reveal at Central Park, where immersive on-ground interactions transitioned into a sophisticated drone light show. The drones performed a choreographed aerial ballet that visually mapped out the project’s premium amenities before converging to form the project’s name in a breathtaking finale. To ensure the reach extends beyond local residents, OAP Mediatech has synchronized this experience with a massive traditional OOH blitz, deploying over 100 outdoor sites across Mumbai. This dual-layered strategy ensures that while the spectacle is concentrated in Kharghar, the brand’s arrival is amplified as a major regional milestone.

By blending the tactile nature of physical installations with the futuristic scale of drone technology, Godrej Properties has successfully turned a real estate launch into a landmark public experience. The ongoing campaign continues to dominate the visual landscape of Kharghar, using cutting-edge tech to ensure the brand’s entry is not just witnessed, but experienced. By utilizing this multi-platform approach, the project has established a permanent “center of attraction” in the minds of potential homeowners, setting a new benchmark for how real estate brands engage with urban spaces.
