Shivani Goel joins Reliance Brands as VP – Marketing

Shivani Goel has joined Reliance Brands Limited as Vice President – Marketing, where she will lead the marketing mandate for a portfolio of global luxury and premium brands in India. 

In her new role, Shivani will oversee marketing for HUGO BOSS, Paul & Shark, ZEGNA and TUMI, with a focus on brand strategy, consumer engagement and commercial growth. 

She joins Reliance Brands after working as an independent consultant on strategy, positioning and brand growth. Prior to this, Shivani was Vice President – Marketing at Forever New Clothing from April 2022 to November 2025. 

Over her more than two-decade career, Shivani has held senior marketing and communications roles across beauty, fashion, retail, e-commerce, paints and financial services. Her previous organisations include Colorbar USA, Koovs.com, Major Brands India and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. She began her career with Kansai Nerolac Paints in 2003. 

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Shivani said she will focus on shaping the brands’ next phase in India by building cultural relevance, creating deeper consumer connections and translating their global visions for the Indian market.
