Prasenjit Basu takes charge as Head – Marketing & Corporate Communications at Voltas

Prasenjit Basu has been appointed as Head – Marketing & Corporate Communications at Voltas Limited, taking on a broader mandate across the company’s marketing and communications functions. 

He joins the role from Voltas Beko, where he served as Head of Marketing, Product & Ecommerce. Prior to that, Prasenjit was Senior General Manager – Marketing at Voltas Limited. 

With a career spanning consumer durable, retail, FMCG and media, Prasenjit has held marketing and business strategy roles across organisations including TEN Sports Network, Videocon Consumer Durables, Reliance Digital Retail, LG Electronics, Burson-Marsteller – Genesis PR, DLF Universal and Kodak. His appointment brings extensive cross-category experience to Voltas as the company continues to strengthen its marketing and corporate communications mandate.
