Netflix goes outdoor with ‘Stranger Things’
Hoardings lined up across the roads and flyovers depict a gloomy road amidst the sunset to create the buzz for the second season of the American horror web series
Passersby along prominent stretches in Mumbai like Mahim Causeway, Bandra-Worli Sea Link and places like the elevated toll stretch in Bengaluru are seeing ‘Stranger Things’ in the outdoor. Hoardings lined up across the roads and flyovers depict a gloomy road amidst the sunset to create the buzz for the second season of the American horror web series.
The nine-episode show is streamed by the entertainment company Netflix having a reach in 50 countries. The outdoor advertisement policy of the company is very specific about its TG. Just a trivia, Mumbai police tweeted #StrangerThings to dissuade youngsters from drug use continuing the creative trend of using such references.
