Honitus turns coughs into music across cities, links relief to Blinkit
Spotted across high-traffic locations in Delhi, Gurugram, and Mumbai
Anyone who’s had a bad cough knows the feeling – that scratchy, rattling sound in the throat that just won’t quit. Honitus decided to take that everyday discomfort and turn it into something oddly fun to look at: a full-blown musical instrument, right on the throat.
The idea sits on one simple line – “Khansi se baja gale ka band?” — and each city got its own instrument to match. Mumbai’s billboard turned the throat into a violin, complete with strings and a bow. Gurugram went with a cymbal, clashing right where the cough hits hardest. And Delhi got a drum, sticks and all, tied snugly around the neck.
Created in collaboration with Blinkit, the campaign didn’t stop at being clever outdoors. It also solved the actual problem. Every billboard pointed straight to Blinkit, reminding people that Honitus is just a doorstep delivery away. No need to step out feeling under the weather and search for a pharmacy; relief could arrive in minutes.
A cough may not be music to anyone’s ears, but Honitus found a way to make it look like it. By turning an everyday irritation into a city-specific outdoor experience and connecting it to instant delivery, the campaign gave people both something to notice and a reason to act.
