Dolmio brings its iconic Puppet Family back to the streets
After four decades, Dolmio’s much-loved puppet family returns in a larger-than-life OOH comeback, turning a familiar piece of brand nostalgia into a 3D street-level spectacle.
After 40 years of family dinners, Mars has brought back Dolmio’s iconic puppet family, giving the characters a new lease of life through an attention-grabbing out-of-home execution.
Working with Publicis Media and T&P, St Marks brought the comeback beyond screens and into the physical world with a larger-than-life 3D billboard. The execution uses specialist fabrication to make the familiar Dolmio characters appear to break out of the traditional billboard format, creating a more immersive take on the brand’s return.
The campaign builds on the nostalgia surrounding Dolmio’s puppet family while using the scale and physicality of OOH to make the characters stand out in the real-world environment. From fabrication through to installation, the execution transforms a familiar piece of Dolmio history into a prominent street-level brand moment.
The OOH execution was created in collaboration with BUILDHOLLYWOOD.
