DMRC to offer more space and scope to OOH
With two more lines and new-age automated trains being added to its inventory, DMRC is likely to evolve as a larger playground for OOH. The ongoing consumers’ survey will also contribute to that.

DMRC is also conducting an online’Customer Satisfaction Survey’ through its website – www.delhimetrorail.com, from April 4 till the May 1, 2016. DMRC, which was ranked 1st in’Information during travel’ among 20 member Metro systems of the CoMET and NOVA groups last year, is likely to engage more OOH activities post this survey.
This survey is being conducted in association with the two main global bodies for Metro systems – CoMET and NOVA. The survey will be conducted by using the’Survey Monkey’ web platform and the objective type questions with multiple options will allow respondents to finish the questionnaires within three to five minutes. This survey will be unique in nature as, similar customer satisfaction surveys will also be simultaneously conducted by many other metro systems across the world. After the completion of this almost month long survey, these organisations will compare the results and share the feedback received globally so that better services can be provided to the Metro commuters worldwide.
